Survey - Insurance and Insurance Awareness

We kindly invite you to complete the survey on insurance products and knowledge about them. The survey constitutes part of an academic research project by the National Science Center in Poland (grant number 2018/29/B/HS5/01281). The data collected in the form does not allow for the identification of any persons participating in the survey and will be used only for academic purposes by analyzing the collected responses to the survey questions.
